Council of Historically Black Graduate Schools (CHBGS) 56th Annual Conference 2026 will be held in Baton Rouge, LA at The Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge on February 17–18, 2026.

To be eligible for the membership institution rate for the 2026 conference, your institution must be current and paid in full for the 2026 calendar year.

A full refund of registration costs will be issued only if a written cancellation notice is sent by email to the Treasurer at [email protected] no later than February 6, 2026. Cancellations received after February 6, 2026, but on or before February 13, 2026, will incur a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after February 13, 2026.

CHBGS Member Institutions: $250

Non-member Institutions: $550
